A supposed screenshot and download of MSN Messenger 8.0 have surfaced this week. Both the download and screenshot are Fake. MSN Messenger 8.0 has not been released yet and a BETA is expected shortly.
This particular download installs an older version of MSN Messenger 7. We advise against installing or downloading files from links promising MSN Messenger 8.0 as they may contain malicious and harmful files. As of now, you can not download MSN Messenger 8.0!
About MSN Messenger 8.0:
- MSN Messenger 8.0 with Yahoo Messenger Integration is scheduled for a 2006 release
- An MSN 8.0 BETA is expected sometime in 2005, but no official dates have been announced
