While the MSN Messenger 7.5 BETA is a private beta, it is expected to go public shortly, similar to the MSN 7.0 public BETA.

Currently the download links and other details are not avilable on the official MSN 7.5 BETA websites. However the following information is available:

MSN Messenger Technical Preview is a pre-release version of the MSN Messenger client that will be offered in the near future. We are giving our customers the chance to take a sneak peek at the new and exciting functionality of being able to have Messenger conversations with users on Vodafone mobiles. Please note, you are using the MSN Messenger Technical preview at your own risk.

As of right now, all the links still point to MSN Messenger 7.0, but it is expected that links will be updated shortly to download the official public BETA of MSN Messenger 7.5.
