Google has updated its 'Desktop Search' application to 2.0 (Beta), adding several new features, including the ability to now search and index MSN Messenger instant messaging history.

The Google Desktop 2.0 Beta currently runs on Windows XP or Windows 2000 SP 3 and newer. You can download it (1.3 MB) from Here.
